Cookie Policy

Last updated: January 14, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide information to site owners. Cookies allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time.

2. How we use cookies

Vital Oracle uses a minimal technical cookie to remember the site language and keep navigation working correctly. Internal analytics are collected without cookies, through events sent to our own endpoint and stored in Neon without saving IP addresses.

3. Types of cookies we use

3.1. Technical or Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to function. At the moment they are only used to remember the language preference and keep basic navigation working between the Spanish and English versions. They are not used for advertising, user profiling, or third-party analytics.

3.2. Analytics Cookies

We do not use analytics cookies. Usage measurement is handled with an internal cookieless system that records server-side events such as pageviews, oracle opens, and generated readings. The system does not load third-party scripts, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not store IP addresses.

3.3. Advertising Cookies (Future)

We do not currently use advertising cookies or load third-party advertising scripts. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe exactly which technologies are added, what purpose they serve, and how users can manage them.

4. Third-party cookies

Vital Oracle does not currently load third-party analytics cookies. If future pages integrate external services, they will be documented here together with the relevant privacy policy and the exact cookie or storage impact.

5. Cookie management

Vital Oracle only uses minimal technical cookies required for site operation, such as the language preference cookie. There is no analytics settings panel because the internal analytics system does not use cookies. You can manage or delete the technical cookies from your browser settings at any time.

6. How to disable cookies

You can configure your browser to reject all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, please note that some site features may not function properly if you disable cookies.

7. Browser instructions

Google Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
Mozilla Firefox: about:preferences#privacy
Safari: Safari > Preferences > Privacy
Microsoft Edge: edge://settings/privacy
Opera: opera://settings/privacy

8. Cookie duration

The language preference cookie may remain in your browser for up to one year or until you remove it manually. Our internal analytics system does not place cookies in the browser; events are stored server-side with a non-reversible daily hash to estimate unique daily visitors.

9. Your rights under GDPR

As a user in the European Union, you have the following rights: Right of access to your personal data, Right of rectification of inaccurate data, Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), Right to restrict processing, Right to data portability, Right to object to processing, and Right to request additional information about how we use storage and measurement technologies.

10. Policy updates

We reserve the right to update this Cookie Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. We recommend that you periodically review this page to stay informed about how we protect your privacy.

11. Contact

If you have questions about our Cookie Policy or how we process your data, you can contact us through our website.

By using Vital Oracle, you acknowledge our limited use of technical cookies and our cookieless internal analytics.
